Buying and Selling Power

Negotiating and drafting agreements for, and resolving disputes arising from, wholesale power sales is a mainstay of our practice.  We have handled legal matters ranging from small-scale short-term power purchase agreements all the way up to disputes over output from some of the largest hydroelectric projects on the Columbia River.
